OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- Following last summer's split-decision rejection by the Supreme Court of Canada of Kraft Foods Inc.'s copyright infringement suit against Euro Excellence, Inc., the Northfield, IL-based food company has filed another action against the Quebec-based importer.
At issue is Euro Excellence's sale of Kraft's Cote d'Or brand chocolate bars in Canada's gray market.
