Mail and document-management company Pitney Bowes Inc. spent $210,000 in the first quarter to lobby health on care reform and legislation affecting the U.S. Postal Service and the banking industry.
The figure is a 28 percent decline from the $290,000 the Stamford, Conn.-based company spent on lobbying last year.
