NSW: Man in pursuit to face court on 13 charges =2

A police spokesman later said a 55-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman were injured
in two separate collisions after the pursuit ended.

Both were taken to Liverpool Hospital where they were reported to be in a satisfactory
condition last night.

The spokesman said a police officer was dragged along the road for a short distance
after his hand became trapped in the window of the alleged offender's car when he attempted
to apprehend the man.
