Police believe they have one of the U.S.-Mexico border's most notorious drug traffickers behind bars, and they want to keep him there this time.

Gilberto Ontiveros Lucero was arrested on drug charges Monday at a house in Juarez, said Esteban Garcia Villalon, coordinator of the Mexican federal judicial police's anti- drug campaign in Chihuahua state.
